A Peek into the Mind of Eleana Thompson

This summer, I had my wisdom teeth pulled. For some, this is a once-in-a-lifetime thing. But for me, it was the conclusion to a four-year process in order to get "poster perfect teeth." Over the past four years, I've had braces, eleven teeth pulled, and three oral surgeries. Aside from the satisfaction I now feel, the common denominator of this whole ordeal was pain and discomfort. I never want to feel slimy, deep, empty holes in my gums again; I never want to see a crooked tooth in my mouth. I actually cried when I couldn't wear my retainer for a few days after my surgery.

It had to be worth it.

One of my long-term goals is to become fluent in Greek; I'm giving myself a decade to do this.

A short-term goal I have is learning to accept that, one day (soon), I will have to learn how to drive.

My favorite website: http://www.forever21.com/ Online shopping is a great stress reliever...

Also, the picture above is me scuba diving in Greece this summer!
